Marcus Shibler
President, Co-Founder
Marcus has nearly 15 years of experience in political engagement and fundraising. Most recently, he served as Vice President of the political division at Wiland, the largest provider of direct mail donors to right of center political organizations and nonprofits in America. There, he partnered with leading fundraising agencies and several hundred campaigns, committees, and nonprofits to help them expand their impact. Prior to this, he worked primarily in email fundraising, helping raise tens of millions of dollars for Republican political committees and presidential campaigns.
Marcus brings this experience in online and offline fundraising to the launch of American Data. As a trusted and respected figure in the industry, he endeavors to leverage his network of relationships to drive the company’s growth, serving clients with strategic insight.
To him, relationships are everything – he thrives on bringing people together, introducing friends and colleagues. He is also known for his expert (if not obsessive) cooking and hosting, being that guy who talks to people in elevators, and his eccentric enthusiasm for splitting wood.

Michael Koziarski
Partner, Co-Founder
Michael brings a decade of experience building direct response fundraising programs. Prior to launching American Data, he served as Chief Audience Builder for one of the industry’s largest full-service fundraising agencies. While serving in that role, he was responsible for devising audience and growth strategies for dozens of major programs ranging from right of center political advocacy organizations, presidential, senate, and house campaigns, to faith- based charities, membership organizations, and direct to consumer initiatives.
His passion for delivering exceptional results for clients is evident in his innovative audience strategies and knack for pushing boundaries outside the box. Michael’s commitment to excellence has solidified his reputation as a thought leader within the audience and data brokerage industry.
Michael currently resides in Reston, VA with his fiancé, Ally. When he is not crunching numbers and building campaigns, he can be found at the golf course, or playing armchair quarterback for his beloved Cleveland Browns.
